We’re especially sorry the master bed made your stay uncomfortable. A good night’s sleep is important, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with a mattress that felt unsupportive, firm pillows, and a bed frame that was wobbly and noisy. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll have the bed and frame inspected and review the mattress and pillows with the owner so we can determine what needs to be replaced or improved.
