Ben curato, con stile, ottimo prezzo e personale molto gentile! Fosse rimasto così avrei dato una valutazione eccellente. Peccato che vi erano ospitati alcuni rifugiati (uno per camera per circa 8-10 camere in totale) che facevano rumore fino a sera tardi tenendo le porte delle camere aperte. Dalle stanze usciva in corridoio un odore sgradevole.

This was my third time to stay at this hotel. I truly love it. Staff makes you feel like family. This trip was without a hitch. I brought a group in last time. One small miscommunication that would have caused a great problem with other places was solved with hotel very quickly taking responsibility and finding a solution. I struggle to find any negative save one. In summer the hotel is hot. The room temp cannot be adjusted any lower than the building preset which was near 78 degrees F. this problem was beyond management control. I think they were working on a solution for next summer. This stay temp was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel.

About a 30 minute walk from downtown, this hidden gem was a great place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, breakfast was delicious. Would stay here again if ever back in Belgrade. If you want to be close to downtown and the floating bars/pubs this may be a bit too far and out of the way for you. About a 15 minute walk from the Nikola Tesla Museum.

Very helpful staff, clean apartment, comfortable beds, good enough location for visiting the old & new districts of the city. Very good complimentary breakfast and free airport shuttle is a very good added extra.

A good one night stay at Belgrade.

One of the good stays in Belgrade, the staffs are friendly and helpful. The apartment is very centrally located, taxi drivers are all familiar with the location and there are some good restaurants nearby and there are few grocery stores across the street one of them being 24/7. We had booked One bedroom apartment with sauna and Jacuzzi but the room does not have natural light or windows as it is below the ground floor, and Iva Lekić who manages the booking offered us another apartment with two bedrooms and a terrace/balcony. The Rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable, the AirCon again like other rooms goes back to 24C if even its changed to 20 or lower and so it could get quite warm if the windows are closed during the night. Bathrooms are very spacious and they supply toiletries very generously. They do not have a restaurant, if a breakfast is booked along with the stay, then they will provide a coupon for a nearby restaurant, breakfast is fixed menu. They do have few parking but you will need to explicitly inform them to reserve it for you. Parking spaces are on the lower levels and they have a lift to take the car below, Saloons and SUVs won’t fit (check the photos I posted) But the staffs will guide you with the parking, they are experts in it. Overall, the stay was good, staffs are very helpful.

Hotel sent someone to pick us up, driver spoke excellent English and provided good information as he patiently answered my questions. Check in was quick and efficient. My room was clean and adequate for my purposes. Any staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, before and during my stay (I asked a lot of questions before I got there). My only minor gripe, and it's an issue we discovered throughout Belgrade, was ashtrays in the courtyard which some guests took advantage of. Not a fan of cigarette smoke, my suggestion is to make every area off limits to smokers, even the outside courtyard within the property. Overall, excellent place to stay and I would return if I'm ever in that area again.

The location was relatively close to the action, about a 15-30 minute walk to most sites. Elderly or people not wanting to walk as much may do better catching a cab. The hotel shuttle service was definitely nice since I didn't have a rental car. Although there is room to park on the street, I noticed traffic could get pretty congested downtown and was glad I didn't have a rental. The hot breakfast at the restaurant on the corner was nice and the mini bar is well stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, and a welcome snack of a bottled water and fruit cocktail. There is no cold AC so you make do by opening the window to let the cool air inside. Because the room is well insulated it can take some time for the entire suite to cool down, but it is a nice-sized suite, good for a couple with a child. It has a fully stocked kitchenette, two TVs, a full size couch and dining table. Much more than I needed solo, but nice nonetheless. There is information about different tourist activities you can do at the reception. In general the room and neighbourhood was quiet and safe. I would stay here again if I wanted the same peace and quiet. Those seeking something closer to the action may find it closer to the heart of downtown but Lazar Lux met my needs just fine. Hvatla vam!

Stanza piccola ma abbastanza comoda, arredata in modo davvero kitsch. Personale disponibile anche se non troppo a suo agio con l’inglese. Comodo il trasporto gratuito da e per l’aeroporto. Il punto debole è la distanza dal centro (circa 3 km) che però si può coprire con l’autobus 28 che passa per la vicina fermata (per i biglietti bisogna acquistare una tessera magnetica e ricaricarla in ogni chiosco) oppure facendosi chiamare un taxi. Per andare in centro aspettatevi di pagare 500 dinari (circa 4,50 euro)

NICE PROPERTY , CENTRALLY LOCATED

The check in was smooth. We reached a bit late but our room was ready and the manager was kind enough to offer us some snacks. The place is very centrally located and has proximity to various departmental stores, cafes and bars. Language was a bit of a problem but overall people are humble and go out of their way to help. The breakfast was sumptuous for the price we paid for the apartment. The concierge was very helpful in making our itinerary for the day and explained us about local trains, taxis etc.

A 3 star apartment!

Facility wise it was poor. No kettle, no enough cutlery service. In bedroom there wasn’t even a mirror but instead on the top of the table was a big TV. Two big TV in a very small apartment!! Shower wasn’t working properly and bathroom scale was out of order!! For having breakfast you should go to a local restaurant which was about 200m away from main building!! How come it is a five star apartment?!! It is not as good as the pictures on the website.

Stanza tripla, sufficientemente ampia ma che, a causa della presenza di molti arredi, risulta non molto spaziosa. Per il resto, la struttura è nuovissima, pulita, confortevole, con staff assai cordiale e disponibile. Il prezzo è davvero basso in rapporto alla qualità della struttura, indubbiamente poco sobria nei suoi interni ma pur sempre piacevole. Non prendete la colazione in camera. Troppo povera.
