For my career, I am a real estate broker where I have been selling real estate for 20 years and I do property management. The neighborhood is located one mile north of Bell Rd where there are a lot of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The neighborhood is a quiet and the neighbors are friendly.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique due to its location just 1/2 mile from the Glendale Recreational Center. Also, we have an outdoor living area where you can enjoy a cozy fire, relax with a cup of coffee or wife under our Levelor Pergola (Roof opens and closes). Furthermore, our artificial grass area you can play a round of Cornhole or play checkers on our large outdoor checkers board or have a nice meal on our outdoor dining table.
