White Oak Cottage - Resort Pool, Boat Slip

Welcome to our brand new 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom cottage located in Somerset/Burnside, KY. It is located on a dead-end street which means no car traffic to worry about. There is plenty of parking on the nice wide flat gravel driveway that is about 85-100 ft long so plenty of room for multiple boats and vehicles. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and pots and pans you should ever need. There is also a drip coffee maker along with regular and decaf coffee. The kitchen opens into an informal dining area and a living room. With the dining table and kitchen bar, there is plenty of seating for sitting down to enjoy meals with family and friends. There is also a covered porch which is a perfect place to sit out in the morning and enjoy your coffee. Attached to the porch is a patio that includes some additional seating along with a propane grill. There are cornhole boards in the laundry room for your use.

Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed, bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, and bedroom 3 includes a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full size on bottom along with an extra twin bed. This means comfortable sleeping for up to 8. Bathroom 1 includes a tub/shower combo and bathroom 2 includes a walk-in shower. There is also a washer and dryer, and we leave enough laundry pods to get you started. The resort also has a separate laundry room near the pool if you were to need it for any reason which does require quarters.

Entire house, driveway, and yard is available for guest. Guest also have access to resort amenities which include a boat slip (assigned to them and your boat can be left in the water for your entire stay), pool, game room, picnic shelter, amphitheater fire pit, tennis/pickelball court and basketball hoop.

Lake Cumberland General Hospital is located 8 miles away.
