About this property

Adagio is a gated property. This condo is located in the center of the D building in front of the 8,000 square foot pool. This location means no elevators or stairs. You have beautiful views of the pool fountain from your patio and living area. The pool includes three tiers with waterfalls. This unit was professionally decorated and remodeled in 2012. All new furnishings and new TV's in every bedroom plus den area. The unit is just steps away from the beach and a gulf side 1700 square foot heated infinity edge pool. This pool overlooks the blue green water of the Emerald Coast. There is a large whirlpool spa overlooking the main pool. The European cobblestone pool decking includes sun and shaded areas with lounge chairs and dining tables. There is a fitness center that overlooks the pool.

Wonderful stay

This condo is immaculate and very well equipped with everything you would need for a great vacation. The unit is very convenient on the ground floor to all the amenities and has a great view of the fountain and resort style pool. We have stayed in many units over the years in the 30A area and this was one of our favorite. The Adagio complex exceeded our expectations and we especially enjoyed the heated beach front pool. Great communication from the hosts and would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a luxury rental.

Beautiful Condo and location

We have stayed at the Adagio for many years and at several different condos and this is our favorite pool front condo. Very clean. Well equipped with everything. Excellent in every way.

It has always been our dream to own a beach property.
We have traveled this area for 30 plus years with our three children and have some of the most wonderful memories from these vacations. Originally from New Orleans we enjoy the beach and the 30-A lifestyle.

Why they chose this property

Adagio is without a doubt one of the finest vacation destinations on Hwy 30-A. Close to Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside and Rosemary Beach and all connected by a 17 mile biking, walking and jogging trail. It is minutes away from Destin, Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin and outlet shopping at Silver Sands.

What makes this property unique

Ground Floor D Building means no elevators and rear access from unit to pool and hot tub. Building D is the highest elevation of the poolside units. Because it sits much higher than the other poolside units it is the only building with a full and unobstructed view of the entire pool and hot tub. While sitting on the patio it is the only building where you can still see the children in the pool and hot tub! You will understand why this is one of the best benefits of groundfloor D building once you get here. You will not be disappointed in the location.
