About this property

Enjoy our updated pool front condo in the luxury resort of Adagio with it's view of the 8,000 square foot, tri-level pool with fountain.
This ground floor unit, on the west side of Adagio, is just steps from the pool and the beach walkover. Enjoy lounging on the newly updated patio furniture.
Plenty of room for family to relax in this 1800 square foot condo, currently being updated in 2020 by its new owners.
Living room with a sectional for enough seating for the entire family and a 50” smart, flat-screen TV. New dining room table has a bench on one side for the children plus seating for 6-8. There are three bar stools for extra seating at the kitchen granite countertop.
Adagio 30A supplies dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent by the kitchen sink. Regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig. You will find this condo to be stocked with every kitchen item you need from blender, crockpot, to wine opener.
50 inch smart TV in living room has cable box with DVR

Three bedrooms:
Master - King mattress with private bathroom.
Second - King mattress with private bathroom.
Third - Twin beds that share hall bathroom
Bunk room - with twin beds in hallway.
All bedrooms have 100% cotton sheets, flat-screen TV's and coverlets that are washed between visits.

Check-in is 5 PM in order to give housekeeping staff time to do extra cleaning and fog the condo with disinfectant on every surface. Check out is 10 AM.
Two parking spaces per condo. No pets allowed per HOA rules. No tents on the beach. Beach chair service is available but not included. No golf carts allowed on Adagio property.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful time here! The easy beach access was wonderful with a 12 month old. We had everything we needed and it was very clean. Our only recommendation would be some curtains for the front two bedrooms. We had a difficult time sleeping because the security lights from outside lit up the room.

Perfect spot

This was the perfect place to enjoy a beach vacation with friends. Being right outside the main pool was super convenient. And the beautiful beach was a short walk away. I will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway

We’d never been to Blue Mountain Beach, or Adagio, so we weren’t sure what to expect, but this place exceeded every expectation. The town is wonderful - plenty of things a walk or bike ride away, but not too commercial or crowded. The adagio property was ideal - two pools, a hot tub, and easy beach access. We traveled with a toddler and an infant and found the place to be incredibly family friendly. Thr unit itself was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. We’ll absolutely be back!

Fabulous Experience

Sharon was absolutely amazing to work with :) The unit was very clean and well appointed! It is located in the just the perfect spot both on property, to the beach and to all the fun places to visit. We would highly recommend a stay here!
