We 25 people in our group including an elderly mother-in-law, a few young children and one family member that requires a wheel chair. The space worked well for us with the two house. Docks were also great!IF we had one suggestion, it would be to ensure all exterior lighting is working and all bulbs functioning. Also, would be good to have some path lighting on sidewalks to\from the docks and fire pit areas.

Some maintance issues and concerns we noticed during our stay. Deck boards rotted on entry to house, bar table on top deck railings were movable do to rotted bolts, stains on carpets in 2 of the bedrooms. Food on floor and cabinet doors.
