Relaxing 2-story home with a secret passage to second living area. Party & pet friendly. Situated in the Westside with breathtaking mountain views. The Outlet Shoppes are 5 miles away & 8 miles from UTEP/downtown area. Enjoy covered patios by the poolside or foosball indoors.

Property includes 4 bedrooms (king, 2 queen, 2 twins), separate office, 3.5 baths, dinning room, breakfast nook, family room w/fireplace, living room, unheated pool, & a mancave. Parking for up to 4 vehicles.
The property is 2 units connected by a hidden door through the dinning room. Please be careful when opening and closing that door. When in the hallway trying to open the murphy door to enter the dinning room, it is best to push using your foot at the bottom of the door.
The home has a huge master suite with a huge master closet. There are smart TVs in 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The game room has a oversized bean bag and TV.
