This beautiful home is ideally located three blocks from historic Main Street, across from Beall Park, with views of the Bridger Mountains and a large front porch. This historic gem is managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, the oldest vacation rental management company in town with 25 years of operation at Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals. Pricing adjusts based on party size; $20/person/night for groups larger than the base occupancy. In high season, base occupancy starts at 10 people, varying to 4 off-peak.

Upon entering, enjoy 10-foot ceilings, stunning woodwork, and hardwood floors. The main floor includes a kitchen, living room, dining room, full bathroom, and kids' den. The dining table expands for gatherings. The living room features a leather couch and chairs for relaxation and entertainment.

The kitchen boasts granite countertops and amenities with views of the fenced backyard. The den has a sleeper sofa, perfect for reading or entertaining; a pack-n-play is also available.

Upstairs are four bedrooms: a king primary bedroom, two queens, and a kids' room with bunk beds and a twin bed. The bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower, clawfoot tub, skylight, and great views.

The main floor bathroom is spacious with a clawfoot tub and marble floors. The finished basement contains a washer, dryer, and stationary bike.

The large fenced backyard has a patio and grill surrounded by trees. Enjoy the home and time with family and friends; two gates provide access to the front yard.

The Beall Park Recreation Center, a city facility, is just a block away on a full city park.

We are two brothers with our two adult sons - came here to go fly fishing and to visit Yellowstone. This house is incredible - beautiful home, very well-appointed, very comfortable beds and great location on a tree lined street. We would definitely stay here again !

Special House in a Great Location

We all loved this house! It has a lot of character, and was cozy and comfortable. The location was great: an easy walk to Main Street, and also not a bad drive to the “box” stores. Lots of room for everyone, perfect for a group. We will definitely stay again!

The house is very charming and the owners had it very well prepared for us and even stocked it with some coffee and other useful items. The yard is big with a nice outside table and BBQ. We would definitely stay here again.

If you’re visiting Bozeman and need a large space, this house is fantastic! It’s walking distance to the main downtown area with bars, restaurants, shops, which was so convenient. Additionally the people of Bozeman were so friendly! We had the best time and the house was perfect. Communication with Paul was easy… no issue checking in…. Everything went off without a hitch!

This is such a lovely home with everything you might need for a group/family visit to Bozeman. The craftsman style is beautifully kept/remodeled with lots of woodwork. The kitchen is fully stocked, including spices and oils. Everyone's beds were very comfortable. There are puzzles, games, a piano, yoga mat and roller. We used the outside firepit and porch furniture - it was up to sixty degrees in December. Six of us stayed for my son's graduation and the easy walk to town kept all entertained. We really enjoyed this stay!

Great location and homebase

You won’t find a better location if you want to stay in/near town. Just a few blocks off of main, but not much traffic on the street. There’s a great park across the street for kids to run around. Highly recommend.

Amazing Property and Location

Very beautiful house located in the heart of downtown. There is a great park across the street for kids to play at, plus it has a great back yard with a BBQ and firepit. Paul responds quickly to any questions or needs during your stay. Would highly recommend this property to rent, we will be back

Fabulous Family Gathering Place!

What a great stay! This home was perfect for our family gathering for my son’s graduation from MSU! Plenty of space for family meals, loved sitting outside, the coffee pot kept up with us, beds were comfy, and any questions we had were answered in a very timely manner. We loved being able to meet here and walk to town for dinner. Thank you for helping this trip be wonderful! We will be back!

Great home getaway

This house has a very spacious interior with a well set up kitchen and a great backyard! We had 15 family members for dinner with room for all. And, the location was in a quiet neighborhood yet only a few minutes walk from downtown.

Excellent Home

This was my company's second time staying at this home and it did not disappoint. It has all of the amenities we needed and is easy walking distance to Main Street and the Emmerson Center. Very clean and easy communication with the property manager.
