Ideally located three blocks from historic main street and across from Beall Park, this beautiful home has views of the Bridger Mountains from the front porch, is spacious and comfortable inside, and has years of rental history!

The Beall Park Guest House is managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, a small homegrown Bozeman company with over 20 years of experience. For more reviews and information, including a self-guided 3D walkthrough, search the name of the house plus the words Bozeman Cottage.

We price our larger capacity house based on the number of people in your party so the cost is kept low for smaller groups. The rate calculator will automatically adjust the cost by $20/person per night if your group size is larger than the base occupancy rate. In the high season the base occupancy is 10 people, at other times of the year is varies to as low as 4 people.

When you walk in the front door, the 10-foot ceilings, beautiful wood work, and hardwood floors set you at ease. All four bedrooms are upstairs, with the main floor having the kitchen. living room, dining room, full bathroom with tub/shower, and kids den. The dining room table with its benches and extra chairs can expand to accommodate a large family gathering. The living room has a comfortable leather couch and big chairs for relaxing and visiting, playing games or watching movies.

The kitchen has composite granite countertops and all amenities. Prepare meals with views of the aspen trees in the large, fully-fenced backyard. The small den with its sleeper sofa is a perfect spot to sit and read a book or entertain the kids. There is a pack-n-play for your use as well.

The four bedrooms upstairs include a large primary bedroom with a king bed, two queen bedrooms, and a kids room with a set of bunk beds and also twin bed. The upstairs bathroom has a tiled a tiled walk-in shower as well as a large clawfoot bathtub and a large skylight and great views.

The main floor bathroom is also spacious with a clawfoot bathtub with a shower kit and marble floors. In the large, finished basement you will find a washer dryer and a stationary bike.

There is a large fenced-in backyard with a patio and barbecue grill surrounded by apple, crabapple and aspen trees. Our goal is for people to enjoy the home and their time together with friends and family. The back door leads directly to the patio and there are two gates accessing the front yard area.

The Beall Park Recreation Center is a city-owned event facility just a block away from the house, on a full block city park. It's a great value, see the link below for more info.
