Charming detached apartment in the heart of 5Points with WiFi and AC
Welcome to the little bird’s nest, we hope that you enjoy your stay with us. If you are in Athens for a football game, wedding, parents weekend or anything in-between we are here to make your stay comfy. We really enjoy opening the doors on pretty days. You’ll get a nice breeze and can hear all the birds talking.
Our little apartment is located in the heart of Five-Points. A short walk to the Foley Field, Stegeman Coliseum and Sanford Stadium. In addition to that, the abundance of restaurants are short walks…any where from 2 minutes to 10 minutes.
Our apartment is on the second floor of the building. You will have to go up the stairs to access the unit. Please keep that in mind before booked.
When this is not rented out, we us the space as a meeting area for our Real Estate clients. We ask that you respect the space. Our main Real Estate and Property Management office is below the apartment and the owner lives in the front house, we are almost aways available.
