As an historic, albeit fully restored, home, it has several small idiosyncrasies: 1) bathroom is totally immaculate and functional but small; 2) the water table is quite high, and you may occasionally hear the humming of the sump pump in the basement; and 3) the bedroom doors, again due to the age of the house, do not all close perfectly tightly.
