Disliked: Cleanliness
The new carpet was sticky and had stains. The drinking glasses and coffee cups were not even close to clean it was downright disgusting. The shower hot and cold water knobs are jacked up and be really careful as you can burn the snot out of yourself. The walls are paper thin. But for the cost it was not bad.
The place is small but very cute and cozy, perfect for a short stay for my daughter and I. It had everything we needed and was clean. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first, but it ended up being very quiet and we didn’t have any issues. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy to find. The maintenance guy who is onsite was very helpful and answered right away when I had trouble working the electronic lock. I would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area.
Tiny place in a questionable neighborhood. The owner provided photos don't really demonstrate how small the rooms are.
Bathroom is very cramped. The hand towel ring literally fell off the wall when drying my hands. The plastic shower curtain hung way too low and spread out at the bottom of the tub. No hair dryer. Thankfully, the water was hot and had plenty of pressure.
Bedroom had just enough room to walk around and only one accessible outlet near the bed.
Living room was again, tiny. No room for an inflatable bed, and the couch was not a pull-out. None of the TV remotes (there were 3 for a single TV?!?) would work. TV had no subscriptions and no local programming that I could find using the local controls.
This place is not fit for more than two people. The couch really wasn't long enough for a third person to sleep and wasn't a pull-out, and there wasn't enough room in the living room for an inflatable bed.
The place was reasonably clean, but had the appearance of a "landlord special" with haphazard painting and a mild odor of a poorly maintained ventilation system in an old house.
This property was the cheapest option that included parking for a two night stay, which is why I didn't rate it lower.
