I would definitely recommend. This host was super responsive to all messages. We stayed that the property for 13 days and it was amazing. The beds were large and very comfortable and pillows were super soft comfortable too . We really enjoyed playing ping pong and pool in the game room. The Wi-Fi was strong and very fast allowing my husband to work without any internet issues. I would stat at this property again.

Hosts were very responsive and helpful- even reaching out to check on us. The home and grounds were neat and clean. The layout was comfortable for our needs with a pet and adult children. The movie room and games were enjoyable amenities. The washing machine was a plus for a week's stay! If the weather would have been better we would have enjoyed the screened porch and fire pit. The location is convenient to main roads and there are no large hills to navigate getting to the property. We would definitely book again!

Great Stay visiting family!

This property is just as listed & was very clean. We cooked every meal there, the kitchen had everything that you needed. We enjoyed time on the screened in porch & enjoyed evenings playing pool. The bed & linens were comfy & it had a great shower. The location is off the beaten path of Sevierville, but just a short drive if you want to visit. I would highly recommend this property.

Exactly as advertised. Clean, everything we needed was stocked and ready for use.The owners were extremely responsive. Love the Roku TV setup in the rooms easy to use. Great internet. Lots to do at the houuse you never have to leave but if you do it is centrally located near attractions, shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect fenced in yard for your pet. Safe and Secure Family Home

This home was so lovely for my family. It was very spacious, offer amenities including a theater room, and provided a very secluded location from the city life. The host provided exceptional communication and was quick to respond. If you stay here, you will geel safe and at home!!!!

Exactly what we were looking for.

Beautiful home away from home. A great place to stay in and have fun. So much thought went into this home for renters. The screened in deck and the game room/garage is why this is our new favorite rental in the area. Owner was very quick and eager to tend to a small issue we had with the A/C due to my husband not knowing how to set the temperature. Absolutely grateful it was also pet friendly. We plan on coming back.

Awesome experience

The owners of this property are doing an absolutely fantastic job. The house is very well maintained, recently updated and very clean. This was stop 1 on a 2 stop trip and the second stop did not allow pets. We so wish we had been able to bring our dogs because they would’ve loved the yard! Pigeon Forge is your destination but the house has so much to do, you almost want to just stay in. Between the game room and the theater there is so much to keep both adults and kids entertained. Check-in was very easy and the owner responded very quickly to a few questions I had.

Crackling Clean with 2 King Beds

My brother and I surprised our wives for a Valentine's weekend getaway. "Chill and Thrill" proved a beautiful, clean, and enjoyable home away from home. The house was squeaky clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Two bedrooms with comfortable King-sized beds was a huge plus. We used the excellent theatre room for two movies, and the game room (while cold) was a blast. Road noise from Boyds Creek Highway impacted sleep a bit, especially in the front bedroom. It was a little farther from the Smokies than the ad led us to believe, but we had a wonderful time in the National Park, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, and downtown Knoxville. We would definitely stay there again.

Thank you for your feedback. we are so happy that you enjoyed your stay. We try very hard to provide a clean, fun & comfortable home for our guests & are so glad it shows. We have reviewed the listing & cannot find anywhere on there where it is misleading for distance to the Smokey Mountains Park. It is listed in 2 areas in our listing as 25 miles away & according to Google maps, it is accurate. We are not really sure where else any confusion would have occurred as to the distance. To reduce any sounds of traffic, we have also purchased sound machines that will be available for you at your next visit. For the game room, typically having the door open to the basement area allows plenty of heat in the room. Perhaps it was just exceptionally cold outside during your say. We also have a space heater available upon request & will be happy to provide it to you at your next visit. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us improve for future stays. We look forward to hosting you again. You were fantastic guests.

Family stay for UT Graduation

Our family came up for my nieces graduation. We wanted something about half way between Gatlinburg and Knoxville. This location was perfect for that. House was very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. We had a little trouble with the lock and the owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. The only thing,which is no fault of the owner, was the road noise. The road is very busy but they have added sound machines to try to help combat the noise. Pulling out onto the highway is a little difficult due to it being busy and there is a tree-not sure that part of property-so just need to be cautious. Overall nice property and we enjoyed our time.

A1 PROPERTY

We were a family of 5 adults a 2 yr. Old and a 18 mo. Old puppy.This cabin was a great fit for all (even the pup).The theatre room, game room, and screened deck was fab for the older family members. The mtns. Were great adventure for the younger part of the clan. In the evening we would grill out and enjoy the cabin together. The bedroom on the entertainment level allowed for the young adults to go have night time fun in the city while we kept an eye on my grandson as he slept. Enjoying all the perks the entertainment facilities offered. Another big plus was the fenced part of the property where pup could run and play freely, as well as the large crate provided. It was nice being free of lugging ours down. Kitchen was well stocked with everything one needs to prepare and enjoy a meal. Bedrooms were large and comfy. Bathrooms and laundry facilities we top notch.The owners were spot on with any communtications we had. Tho communicating with them was not for any issues to do with the cabin.I would rent from them again.

Expections

We have used VRBO five times in the past. This home, by far, was the cleanest and best-equipped of any previous vacation home. Firstly, it was immaculate from top to bottom, kudos to the housekeeping crew or owners for a super job. The mattresses were the foam type, and the bedding was 5 Star. The home theater was a big treat as well. Each bedroom had a large television as well as the living room. After a day exploring the area together, we like to retreat to neutral corners and do our own thing, and the house is big enough for us to each have privacy. The owners were responsible for even recommending a local restaurant outside of trafficked areas of Dollywood ( Mama Mia) where we enjoy pizza and Italian food. We ate BBQ at Butt Busters ( I highly recommed for authentic BBQ for take out or eat onsite on picnic table.We came to Sevierville to shop the antique stores and flea markets, as well as to explore the country back roads and the Tuckaleech Caverns. And this was a perfect location for all those things. PS: The bear was outside at Tuckaleech Caverns and not the house.
