About this property

Charming 2-bedroom, older home, short walk to downtown Farmington.

Your home away from home, near downtown Farmington. 2 Bedrooms and a walk-in closet/utility room with access from the master bedroom. This house offers an open living space with the living room leading to the dining area. The house has evaporative cooling with vents in each room, heating, WiFi, a washing machine, dryer, and an iron. The bathroom features a relaxing clawfoot tub/shower combo for guests to unwind after a day of exploring. Escape to this historic gem, where you can recharge and create lasting memories. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

This home was built in 1950 and is far from perfect. It is partially renovated with new windows in the living space, and the original wood windows in the bedrooms, bath, kitchen, and utility room. There are no screens on any of the wood windows. The cabinets in the kitchen are original, painted with new hardware. There is a fire station across the street, you will more than likely hear sirens. Please view all photos, what you see is what you get. If you decide to visit, please enjoy your stay.

The house is in a great location. Minimal noise from the street. Walking distance to the quaint older part of town. The host was friendly and quick to respond. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances. It is an older home and is fixed up very nicely. We will definitely stay there again if available!

Spacious place

I was working in Shiprock for two weeks and this place was a perfect location, it had plenty of space for me and my dog, there were great restaurants in walking distance, and I could easily get out for a walk with my dog. Russ was easy to reach.

After the first day it got better. The house wasn’t to clean and didn’t have the soap , shampoo or conditioner not enough towels. It was good but a little noisy from the traffic Over we did have a good time and stay thanks to the owner of the house he help out a lot and nice really patient with all the problems we he fixed really fast and refund some of are money I would go back again
