Kona Coastal Getaway – A Short 5 min Walk from Beach, Shops & Vibrant Ali‘i Dr!
Experience the best of Kona in this bright and inviting retreat! Located within 5 min walk to grocery stores, Historic Ali‘i Drive, downtown, and the pier, this cozy getaway offers the perfect blend of convenience and island charm. Enjoy the airy living space, modern amenities, and easy access to all that Kona has to offer. Whether you're exploring town or unwinding after a day by the ocean, this is your ideal home base in paradise! The Two Twin Beds can be turned into a King bed upon request. Fully furnished and equipped kitchen and living room. Linens, towels, beach towels and some beach toys provided. Swimming pool, WiFi, free assigned parking, and laundry facilities are available. The assigned parking space is just out front of the unit. Please respect the HOA rules of no smoking on property and quiet hour rules from 9p to 8a. The pool and laundry are open 8a to 8p. Please No smoking or vaping inside the condo, or on the lanai. Free WiFi internet is provided. Please do not overuse the air conditioner and do not leave it running while you are not in the condo, one of our sustainability and eco-friendly principles, electricity is a premium on the islands, despite any solar panels you may see on other commercial and residential buildings. Be aware that the laundry machines are not inside the condo, but next to the pool and are coin operated. A key is required to access both and you will find it next to the House Rules and WiFi info in the kitchen. Our welcome message will remind you of these instructions. For guests staying more than a few days: Please be aware and to manage expectations that we do not provide guests with an unlimited supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, soap and other consumable items because doing so encourages guests to consume them irresponsibly and without moderation. It’s been confirmed that providing “essentials” does not equate to an unlimited supply of consumable products. If you consume all the provided toilet paper or garbage bags, please purchase your own. Thank you. I strive to provide enough towels for each booked guest staying at the condo. If guests need extra towels, 1 additional set can be provided at no additional charge. Please communicate an additional need before check in, as the cleaner charges extra to return to the unit after check in. To respect the environment and use water responsibly, Ido not supply an unlimited amount of clean towels. Laundry machines, located near the pool, are available for guests to launder towels or other items if necessary. If guests would like to pay for additional laundry service, I can ask the housekeeper if they are available.

Great location
The location is great; only about 10-15 minutes from the airport, across from a small outdoor mall, and easy walking distance to bars and restaurants.The window AC units are a heaven sent when it is hot and muggy out.The host is very responsive. Unfortunately we had a cleanliness issue with the coffee machine, but received a response right away.Food is also left in the fridge from previous renters, partially without labels and pretty much empty (mayo, jam, and eggs). These items should be removed before the next renters come in.Otherwise it's a great and comfortable space and I would definitely stay here again.

Glad you liked your stay, location and the AC. Deeply apologize for the cleaners inadequate job, they have been put on notice while they get a second chance to prove their worth. It’s been made abundantly clear they did not meet agreed upon expectations and any more missteps will not be tolerated as we pride ourselves on a clean place, extreme responsiveness, and a great value for a great place.
