Almost Abaco is a charming third row cottage located along the peaceful saltwater canal in South Litchfield. This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of coastal living, with a private dock in the backyard and the beach just a short walk or golf cart ride away. Spend your days catching fish and crabs right off the dock, and your evenings enjoying ocean breezes on the porch.

The main floor features a cozy bedroom with a Queen bed and private access to a full bathroom. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed along with a Twin bed and trundle. The third bedroom offers another Queen bed and a toddler bed, perfect for families. These two rooms share a full bathroom. Paneled walls and hardwood floors throughout the home add warmth and character, giving the space a classic Lowcountry feel.

A Fabulous Stay at Almost Abaco

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am still dreaming about our stay in Almost Abaco! This house takes me back to the days of the old-fashioned beach cottage. It is not fancy and newly updated but the layout is perfect for a small family and the decor is fresh and fun. It is equipped with a nice laundry room downstairs and extra half bath, a fabulous outdoor shower, a wonderful dock on the creek, a well-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture, fabulous mattresses and the most tastefully decorated front screened porch. The extra bonus is a fabulous icemaker for coolers and beverages!

August at Almost Abaco

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A small, delightfully decorated vintage south Litchfield beach house. The house is very charming, albeit not updated at all. The fourth bedroom downstairs wasn’t one my family wanted to use with the concrete floors and the W/D units. It also only had a window unit for air and in the room. No starter spices were provided like, salt, pepper or sugar etc. Would have been nice to have some of those cooking basics. Other than that we loved the house and the location!
