Family Friendly Lake Oconee House

We can no longer provide short-term rentals but if you are interested in staying for a longer period of time, please reach out - we're very flexible!!!

Enjoy this 6-bedroom home and all its perks with your family and friends. The traditional floor plan delivers a living room with hardwood floors and a wood-burning fireplace. Master on main level. Walk right out to the lake and practically your own private beach - perfect for young children. The large deck with vaulted ceilings is an absolute must for grilling or just hanging out at night. Gated community with swim, tennis, golf, and clubhouse. No pets allowed!

*** Please note that our property is part of a family-oriented and residential community. Any loud music or hosting of a party atmosphere will not be tolerated and be grounds for immediate dismissal. Your deposit will not be refunded. Please treat the house and neighborhood as if they are your own, thanks for your understanding.

Our family has used this house as a family retreat from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta. It has provided a lot of fond memories and will provide some new ones for you, too.

Why they chose this property

It is quiet and 30 yards away from our beach that provides a safe and shallow entry into the lake. It is family friendly quiet community that respects our guests and neighbors privacy. We limit the number of 12 guests in your party with four total cars.

What makes this property unique

Beach chairs and umbrellas free to use. House does have own boat slip for rent. You can rent jet skis or a pontoon boat close by from Young Harris Watersports 706- 896-0834-
