This beautiful and quiet home is 1618 sqft with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, on 1 level. Your private backyard is large & fenced, with BBQ & patio furniture. Open concept living area, new furnishings, garage parking, private Wi-Fi and a fully stocked chief's kitchen. This pet friendly home offers 24 hour customer service & optional weekly cleaning.
Mail: Tower#1, Box #11, Located on LIBERTY ST.
Trash Day: Thursday, Place Bins Curbside.
Mail Key & Garage Door Openers: Please return all keys and openers to counter prior to vacating.
PET POLICY:
All pets must be kenneled when left alone.
All pet droppings must be picked up immediately.
All pet hair must be removed from rental prior to vacating.
Each violation of the Pet Policy will be fined per occurrence at $200.
