The apartment is very spacious and allowed us to all spread out and relax. It was close to several subway stops and a couple of great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!
Stayed here with a group of 6 adults and we were very comfortable - apartment is large, the neighborhood is great, and you are just a few short moments from the subway or the bus. Will be saving this listing for future trips!
Great authentic property in a beautiful building in Harlem. Plenty of space for our family of three. Smooth check in process. Friendly neighbourhood. It is was a nice experience to came back to this place after a day of wondering through NYC. Recommended.
This Harlem brownstone was perfect home base for our family of 5 during our NYC stay. Easy access to MTA, local stores, and businesses. Check out Harlem Biscuit Company around the corner! And Proof Coffee Roasters, great cold brew. Located on a quiet street and plenty of sleeping space and room to spread out for our tweens/teens. Communication with the host was easy and responsive.

Harlam stay
Host was great, they were quickly responsive when we were accidentally locked out. Location is super close to a train and the local food scene and hospitality were great. The place was good for sleeping and prepping for days out.
I had a wonderful time staying in Harlem. Had a lot of places we was able to go to that was within walking distance. It was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity came up again.

Brownstone in Harlem
Communication with property owner was great! The property itself was not as clean as I had hoped. It had plenty of space for us to spread out as a family of 5. I would suggest uodating the place because it really is a nice, historic property.

Overall lovely
Tyson was quick to respond and super helpful. I was unclear that it was a lower level of the brownstone, which was a touch disappointing, but it was still a brownstone in NYC so we were grateful! The lack of trash can in the bathroom, the microwave not working and the limited about of sleeping pillows were a bit disappointing. However, we made it work and we did enjoy our stay. The kids loved the big coach and it was a great location.
Years ago, I lived in NYC and had a garden apartment in another part of Harlem, and I am always curious about how people customize or update them. This apartment was a thoughtful and clever use of the space! Rare two-level unit and the extra half bath on the spacious lower level is genius. The orientation of the kitchen upstairs makes great use of the space. Updated appliances throughout. You really have to be familiar with NYC Brownstones to appreciate the host's design approach. The only thing I'd add is a ceiling fan upstairs and perhaps a modest wardrobe with drawers downstairs. Not a deal-breaker, however.Located close to everything, and the block itself is gorgeous. This will be our go-to spot whenever visiting. The host kindly and effortlessly helped us navigate an access issue that was our fault. Thanks for a great product.
Easy check-in process and very comfortable but it was a little dirty but my friend found a fingernail clipping in the downstairs bathroom. Overall had a great stay because of the space and nearby food locations
