A beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that exudes style, comfort, and in prime location for golfers. The open-concept living area boasts a seamless flow, inviting you to entertain guests or simply relax in the warm embrace of its inviting ambiance. Speaking of beaches it is in a close distance to Boca Grande island and with endless possibilities.
The space
There are queen size beds in each of the 3 bed rooms. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the common area, in case of more than 6 guests . In total up to 8 people can sleep.
Guest access
You can use all part of the house except garage. You can use the garage only to access the garbage and recycling bins.

Please don’t host any parties at the house.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you use the grill, please leave it clean for the next person to use.
Please don’t change the pool temperature and pump run time. It is manage and clean by a pool care company in a weekly manner. Any pool related issues, please contact me.
When the AC is on, please keep all the doors close.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
