Amazing stay

The stay was very nice , cleanliness of the apartment was very pleasant , everything was easy to find towels and utensils was also a nice thing to provide .

I stayed 4 nights. This is great little apartment that is great for single person. Very clean. There is a frat house a couple doors down but they were only loud early in the evening and I had no issues sleeping Parking was easy. I parked in front of the house and felt very safe and comfortable

Does Everything OK

The apartment was clean, the bed, linens, and towels are good, shower hot and drained and the fan worked, parking was easy except an address on the back side would help the first time. Neighborhood is ok with bars and restaurants and a Starbucks within easy walking distance, even at night. Close to downtown but a little out of walking distance. You can bring your own TV service or internet tv is provided.

Confusion about entering the dwelling, front instead of rear. Microwave was dirty, had food splattered all over inside, had to be cleaned before using. Didn't know coffee pot was just Kerig, not regular pot. Could use more TP for 11 day stay. Also more garbage bags for same. Front walk had piles of leaves and snow on steps, I cleared off. Table wobbly. Tub caulk DIRTY. Easy to contact help. Pleasant people. Reasonable price. Quiet time on Friday nite NOT. From 10: 58, woken from sleep by neighbor across hall maybe "hanging pictures"? or looking for buried treasure. Pounding with what sounded like a hammer for approx 10 minutes. Started near kitchen and went back on wall toward bathroom and then forward again. At one point VERY loud, began to wonder if they were tearing down the wall. No voices, only pounding!!
