The property is pet friendly. It has a good size back yard, small dogs can get out through a hole in the fence though. The master bedroom bathroom shower was clog. The house needs a little bit of tender loving care in some areas (stairs and sunroom). Some instruction can B e useful such where to leave the trash bags and the dirty linen at the end of the stay. The description of the property should indicate there are some steep step to go into the house.

Spacious, clean house with just a few concerna
We had extended family staying together for a funeral. House was spacious and everyone had plenty of room. Unfortunately, there weren’t enough towels for everyone and the owner never replied to my request for two more towels. Also, railing to enter the house is very loose and not usable, which made getting up the front steps unsafe for an older uncle.
