About the host
Hosted by Stacey
Hi, I'm Stacey — one of the founders of Notestone Reserve, and the person who's been hands-on in shaping every space on the property.
Restoration is something I think about a lot. The idea that something with potential can become something worth keeping — that broken pieces, arranged with care, can turn into something magnificent. Stained glass works that way. So does Notestone.
This property started as a vision and a lot of hard work. What it is now — ten units across 14 acres in the heart of Hocking Hills, each one named for a writer who paid attention to the world around them — is the result of believing that where you rest matters.
Every detail reflects what I personally look for when I travel: comfort without pretense, nature without roughing it. The kind of place where memories get made without trying — and you leave with a story worth telling.
I'm proud of what we've built. And I'd love to have you here.
Welcome to Notestone Reserve.

What makes this property unique
Frost is a tiny home built for two — private hot tub, fire pit, and just enough space to remember why you came. It's an experience designed around the patio, the evening, and the kind of quiet that's harder to find than it should be.
As a Notestone Reserve guest you'll also have access to our shared community game room — pool table, basketball arcade, classic arcade machines, and a TV lounge. Most nights it's all yours. It's the kind of bonus that turns a rainy afternoon into the highlight of the trip.
Notestone Reserve sits in Laurelville, right in the heart of Hocking Hills. Rock House is 3.3 miles out, Old Man's Cave 11 — close enough to fill your days on the trails, quiet enough to make the patio feel like the better option.
