INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

The place was fine. There were not enough chairs by the pool, and people were putting towels over chairs way before 9am. That was very frustrating, and nothing was ever done about it. Jamie was great at check-in. The cost was too high.

Great location, Need wristbands

I have positives, negatives, & suggestions…Positives - You can’t beat this location. It is across the street from the beach, but you walk over the street in their hallway to get there. The walk to Pier park was super short! We did one of the free tours - amazing! The building was evacuated b/c of an emergency - so the intercom system and alert sounds function properly. The elevators were relatively fast, we hardly ever had to wait for long. The furniture was nice - especially the balcony chairs. Balcony was a good size and had a perfect view of sunsets. We rented one of the cabanas for a day, and that was nice. The host does respond to text messages promptly. The bed was comfortable, and the shower water was hot!Negatives - we weren’t informed that we needed wristbands to move throughout the property. We found out in an elevator that had a sign. We texted the host, they told us where to go to get them. The garbage disposal didn’t work and water was backing up in the sink. They had someone come out quickly to fix - shells were crushed up in the bottom. Blender didn’t work, but we brought our own, so no big deal there. Dishwasher didn’t work and they could not get someone to fix it during our 6 days there. The host cannot help how people act during their stays, but the building emergency involved a stabbing - and we had to step over blood in the elevators when they told us we could go back up to our condos. Possibly install some hooks for bathrobes, and some condo info.
