This waterfront studio condo at Delton Grand is a perfect getaway spot for any couple. Our guests enjoy waterfront views and all of the amenities at Delton Grand, including indoor and outdoor (seasonal) pools, indoor hot tub, 2 beaches, fishing docks, gas grills, and fire pits.
Being within walking distance to Del-Bar, Embers, and Summer House makes this property ideal for couples coming to enjoy the areas finest restaurants.
This is a value property. That means we rent it at a good price because it could use some updating. However, it has Views, Views, & Views!!!
Perfectly situated, beachfront and ground floor this condo is easily accessed by elevator from the parking level. The indoor and outdoor pools are just a 2-minute walk. In the summer, you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks. As our guest, you will love sipping a cold chardonnay on your private patio while you watch life on the lake.
