Friendly staff , great location and large apartment. Some construction work nearby (March 2020) can be intrusive and the general decor of rooms is quite dated. However for me it's cozy and homey atmosphere makes up for any shortcomings.

Big room, Great Location and Good Value!

We arrived and were led to our room. It was huge and my main concern was the AC. It was awesome and we slept very comfortably. The WiFi was the best in history of staying in hotels. The only negative was the TV and it's channels. Granted We didn't spend huge sums of time in our room but when we did it would have been nice to have a better selection. I almost forgot they have a nice and reasonable restaurant on premise.

The first room they game me nothing worked and the water was yellow from the tap. Window wouldnt close it was very poor service. Hotel is tired and old.

Hôtel situé au centre ville de kuala lumpur. très pratique pour visiter. Voyageant en famille à 4, une chambre spacieuse nous a été proposée. très grand, très pratique et confortable. Cependant, vous faites un voyage dans le temps , avec une chambre style "année 90" vieillotte et surtout qui aurait besoin d'un sérieux rafraichissement.

家族で行くにはとても良い

小さな子供二人連れで宿泊しました。 アパートメントタイプなので、ベッドルームも二つありとても広くて子供たちも大喜びでした。 ６階にあるプールでも毎日遊びました。 最初の日にレンジを使おうとしたら動かなくて、レセプションに連絡したら、すぐに新しいのと変えてくれました。 スタッフも皆さん、困っていたら助けてくれたり、子供たちも可愛がってくれたり、いつも笑顔で親切な人ばかりです。 ただ設備が古い感じでしたが、気にならない程度です。 ロケーションもタワーのすぐ下にあり、どこに行くにもとても便利です。 また今度クアラルンプールに行く時は、絶対ここにまた泊まると決めています。

Safe & quiet

Great place to relax & lay back. Kids enjoyed spacious apartment and the privacy. Both room beds was very comfortable and the staff are excellent. Breakfast variety limited however it hoes with the price. The apartment are clean with washing machine, dryer rack, kitchen & balcony .

とにかく部屋が広くてびっくりしました。 天井高も高いので、ものすごく広く感じます。建具も高いです。 昔のコンドミニアムをホテルに改装したようです。 2ベットルームに２バスルーム。リビングとキッチンは別の部屋。ベランダもあります。 プールやジムは６階にありました。 朝食は、簡単ですが、フルーツなどふんだんにあり、私としては満足です。 部屋には、コーヒーやティパック、砂糖、スリッパやバスローブはありません。 水のボトルは、初日の１回のみです。 洗濯機があって非常に便利です。。
