The space
Beautiful craftsman nestled within walking distance of Lake Washington. Classic in its perfectly proportioned design, contemporary in its form and furnishings.

Both the living room and the kitchen are perfect for entertaining while the south facing yard are perfect for dining in the evening sun.

Relax and curl up with a book in the cozy living room while the kids entertain themselves in the upstairs loft/play area. Ask to see the secret kids bed hidden behind a curtain.

3 bedrooms plus children's loft upstairs and 2 baths provides enough room for everyone. Fully finished basement has a large family room, with indoor/outdoor flow to a glamorous hot tub spa area for relaxing after a hard day of play.

Hi! The place was very cute and had lots of bedding. Directions were easy to follow and we had great communication with Karton. We were so grateful for the space heaters in each room as the days were pretty chilly. The walk to the light rail was not too bad and was about 15-20 minutes
