This ground floor, beachfront condominium offers approximately 900 feet of coastal living space, featuring ceramic tile throughout. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen featuring quartz countertops, spacious living area with pullout sofa, dining area, one bedroom with 2 Queen sized beds, and two full, updated bathrooms. - Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- No Smoking and No Pets Allowed.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

- Guests can park up to 2 vehicles on site, 2 parking passes and reusable wristbands will be left in the unit.
