Be one of the first to stay in this new modern 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. The home is bright, clean, and spacious with a private entrance, enclosed 2 car garage and no shared spaces. The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly. You'll love the Utah themed decor throughout, adding a touch of local charm to your stay. In the summers, enjoy access to the pool and amenities. This home is perfect for travelers, business conferences and families visiting Utah.
Please note:
- The pool is open from two weeks before Memorial Day to two weeks after Labor Day.
- Pickleball court lights remain on until 10 PM for evening play.
No Smoking: We have a strict no smoking or vaping policy. $250 + odor removal fee
Quiet Hour Violations: $100 per noise complaint
Late Checkout: $50/hour (unless pre-approved) up to full night's stay
Early Check In: $50/hour (unless pre-approved)
Parties: $500 + any damages/fines
Pet Fees: Pets are not allowed on the property. $150 + odor/stain removal
Parking: No street parking. No fine, but the city does tow cars often
