The house was clean, had well appointed furnishings, and the ping pong table was great fun. It was a little warm when we were there but the air conditioning units were nice additions to keep it manageable. .

I was in need of several rooms, close to U of I, and a BBQ. That was my needs when i found this property. Most were true. No BBQ, property manager brought their personal one, thank-you. Saved my marinated carne asada dinner i had planned! The master bed was better than my one at home! Plenty of towels! What it needs is some corrections on the details of the property. There is no BBQ, no 2 king beds in room #1. Air conditioning in 3 rooms, or air conditioning in living room, and two lower bedrooms. Parking did fit 3 f-150's in the driveway, impressive! Seats 8 in the living room and 8 arround the kitchen table. Bring your can opener, Ice (icemaker does not work and no trays), BBQ, additional air conditioning if over 80 degrees. For 3 couple's and 2 singles, it works!

Hot and uncomfortable in summer.If you are going to rent in summer or above 80 degrees I would reconsider this rental. First the good things. Location is amazing, close to shopping, restaurants and WSU. There is a ping table which offers entertainment. 3 bathrooms that have a shower is a must when traveling with multiple people. Good size bed for everyone. Full size washer and dryer with detergent is provided on ground level.Now for the bad. Some of the towels were stained even after we washed them. There is no central a/c. There are 3 free standing a/c units. 2 are located on the bottom floor in one bedroom and the room that has the ping pong table ( small bedroom with a door and no window off of this space). There is one a/c in the living room and none in the two bedrooms and master on the upper level. There are a few box window fans that are provided. I did complain to the owner and was told to close the blinds during the day and when it gets cool put the box fans in the window. Problem with this is the blinds are thin and dont block the heat from the sun efficiently. It doesn't get cool outside until about 8 when its a hot day. So you stay up trying to get the upper rooms cool so you can sleep, but that doesn't happen until late at night when its 83-89 degrees inside.Unfortunately there were wild fires that made the air quality bad and we could not open any windows.

Built in 2006, Edinborough Court is a lovely 5 bed, 3 bath condo that is part of a 2-home build. Please be advised that this house shares a few interior walls with the second house in the condo but there are no shared living spaces.


An ideal set up for larger groups, this home has an updated kitchen & a game room with a ping-pong table and a living room! The main level kitchen is
ready for you to cook in. The dining room has a table that seats 10, though it is a little squeezy — feel free to spill over into the living room!

The living room is fully furnished with a TV, comfy sofas, easy chairs, lighting & all you'll need for your relaxing enjoyment.

** Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements:
1st bedroom on main level: 1 king bed
2nd bedroom on main level: 1 full bed
1st bedroom on Upper level: 1 king bed
2nd bedroom on Upper level: 1 queen bed
3rd bedroom on Upper level: 1 full bed


All 10 guests have an actual bed for sleeping / no air mattresses or sofa sleepers.
