•Indoor smoking fee: $350.

• This is a duplex—please be respectful of neighbors
• Quiet hours: 11 PM – 8 AM.
• No parties/events.
🚗 Parking
•Max 2 cars per apartment.

•No pets allowed ($300 fee).

•Lost TV remote: $50.
•Lost ceiling fan remote: $80 (do not remove from wall).
🌿 Shared Spaces (Pergola & Deck)
•Be courteous—spaces are shared.
•No reserving/blocking areas.
•Clean up after use.

•The pool table is a conversion of the dining table—guests must return it to dining setup before leaving.
