Tobias was extremely accommodating and helping out with some forced change of plans. His communication was excellent and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. The property was exactly as described and was incredibly convenient for visiting Lackland Air Force Base.

This home is so beautiful and was perfect for our stay. We were able to bring our airman graduate back to a nice home where we could spend some quality time with him after not seeing him for 7.5 weeks. Will definitely stay there again if we come back.

The house was exactly as pictured with the exception of the backyard. There was no grass as pictured and we were counting on that for our grandson to be able to go out back and play. House was lovely and really loved the garage parking for the vehicle.

Great location for BMT graduation, also great to spend off base time with Grad. Owner did not respond to any of my attempts at communication. A few basic supplies were missing, like extra garbage bags. But over all, clean and very convenient.

We stayed here for our son’s graduation from BMT and it was perfect. Our airman just wanted to hang out and relax during his town pass and this was very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and just a good place to gather when our son graduated BMT. It was so close to the base and that made it super easy on those early mornings and I love that you could hear the retreat from the base in the afternoon!

Perfect Location for BMT Graduation

We loved the convenience of being only 5 minutes from the gate that was closest to all of the BMT graduation activities. Worked out great for us!

My family and I was there due to our brothers Air Force graduation. The house was perfect for us, close to the base. It made our experience in Texas wonderful would recommend to others as well as book again

Great Stay Close to Lackland

We stayed here for my son's graduation from bmt. It was so close to the gate and very convenient. The neighborhood was nice and close to stores and restaurants. The property was clean and the furniture comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with. We only had trouble with the coffee pot and the tv in my mom's room. Checkout was easy. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it for anyone staying in San Antonio..

The host was extremely accommodating! Be sure to bring your own shampoo and Someone noted that the floor tiles were irregular. , but it was clean and spacious and that small irregularity in no way deterred from our stay. Everything you needed in the kitchen was there. The location was perfect for both sides of the family to visit after the graduation of my grandson from the Lackland Airforce base. The beds were extraordinarily comfortable, and the linens were exquisite.. The kitchen had everything you needed. We hadn’t used a drip coffee maker in a long time, but it was absolutely delicious… And I brought our own creamer. The backyard was not particularly suited for a family gathering, but the house had good air conditioning and heat and fans for comfort. I would not hesitate to recommend this place if you’re here for a graduation. There is also a gas station within half a mile as well as a quick snack or grocery item at the station.

I tried to contact the host about the WiFi user and password he gave me that didn’t work. I tried calling him but his mailbox was full and left a message for him on VRBO and he never got back to me. We had no WiFi during our stay. We filled one trash bag and there were no extra bags to use. The flooring was coming apart and we had to watch where we walked very carefully. The step out to the back door was dangerous and too high. The ceiling was cracking and hoped it wouldn’t fall on us.

We were happy to find a place near BMT for graduation on such short notice. The area wasn't as close as I'd hoped and while the neighborhood did not look sketchy, it was not well maintained. The grass was high in most of the yards and I think part of the reason mosquitos were so active. The house is nice and looks clean but a deep clean is highly recommended. I took a shower soon after arrival and by bedtime my feet were filthy and black from the floors. The rugs throughout had stains everywhere like they haven't been washed in a while. There was dog pee at the bottom of the stairs inside but my husband cleaned it up so they didn't think our small pups made the mess. The showers were quite moldy at the bottom. The back yard was in disarray and trash like bottle caps and small papers were littered about. Again, my husband cleaned it up so they didn't think we left a mess. We did appreciate the use of the garage but the garage door needs some work. It sounded so loud and rickety when opening and closing that I wondered if it just might break down at some point and we would have our truck stuck inside. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space and activities for large groups. The hosts kept in contact and offered to help with the overflowing trash bins and asked if we needed anything but I didn't complain about the issues because we didn't want anyone coming over while we were there. We just dealt with it for our short stay.
