During the winter, you can take a short 150-yard, 2-block, 8-minute walk to the Base 9 lift or catch the free shuttle that picks up in front of the complex.
Base 9 condos are located one block from historic Main Street in Breckenridge, putting you within walking distance of shopping, dining, nightlife, and entertainment. Take the free shuttle to all of Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, and the outlet malls, Dillon, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin. A free trolley circulates Main Street Breckenridge businesses for your convenience.
Enjoy five world-class ski areas—Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, and Vail—all within a one-hour drive. Nice property and location. Bus stop is right by the condo if you don’t want to walk to the lifts in your ski boots. The condo had everything we needed and was reasonably priced. Just wish the snow was better this year.

The condo was wonderful. It was perfect and very spacious. We loved that it was so close to Breckenridge main street. The whole condo was very clean and had everything that you need with all stocked amenities. We would definitely stay with Gary again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gary's condo. It was conveniently located to main street and was a quick walk to the lifts. Also was very comfortable for the four of us on the trip.
Perfect stay and location for our group of two couples. The place was clean and exactly as advertised, and the hosts were great as well. We definitely hope to be back.

Overall a great place to stay! Great location for walking downtown, decided to use the free bus to get to the lifts as the walk in ski boots was a bit long.Would be nice to have a few more pans (non-stick) for the kitchen.

Thank you for reviewing your stay at our condo. We provide stainless steel pans as opposed to non stick pans for health reasons and also spray vegetable oil to coat the pans. Should a guest over heat a non stick pan this will release toxic fumes as well as one scratch on the coating would be harmful to ones health, cause health issues and would need to be replaced before using. Thanks for the suggestion but unless properly cared for and used they are bad for your health.
The walk to the lifts is a 8-10 minute walk depending on your level of fitness. There is a ski check at the lifts should you want to use it. The bus ride, which is convenient, is a bit long at 30-40 minutes. Walking also gives you time to limber up before skiing to avoid injury. So it pretty much depends on how physically active you are prior to your stay. But you have the option of walking for the exercise or the convenience of riding the shuttle.
This condo is in a great location with easy access to everything in Breckenridge. The kitchen is supplied with plenty of cooking pans and utensils and the bedrooms are a nice size with comfortable beds.
Gary was very pleasant and the condo was clean with all basic needs (pots, pans, towels, detergent..) available. Gary was very responsive to all inquiries during our stay:)
Cozy and comfortabe with all the needed amenities. Easy 8 minute walk to the slopes.

Thanks for visiting our web site. My wife Julie and I reside in Breckenridge. We have one son. We owned our own manufacturing business in Lee's Summit, Mo. but have recently retired.I grew up in Lee's Summit and my wife was born in Vermillion, KS, but moved often as her dad worked for the railroads.
Our son works as a programmer for a large tech company. Now he gets paid for what he previously was in trouble for at home when growing up!
Why they chose this property
We had looked at many units in Breck and choose this unit based upon the easy access to town and the mountains. You can walk practically everywhere. We liked the two outside decks to give two different mountain views. Most owners at this complex do not rent out, so most of the time you have the place to your self.
What makes this property unique
This unit is large compared to other units we considered. Also the association does an excellent job of maintaining the outside appearance. The bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the condo and provides for privacy. The open kitchen/living room keeps everyone in the loop and no one misses out on the actions.
