Welcome to this fantastic private king-bed master suite in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Easy exit to I-75/I-85/I-285 within mins with many restaurants and shops. The house has amenities and close to Mercer University, CDC, Doraville, Chamblee, Tucker, Stone Mountain, Norcross, Duluth, Sandy springs, Northside, Dunwoody, Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, Brookhaven, Aquarium, stadiums and attractions, all within 20 mins and much more!
The space
Guests will find a beautiful private space that includes a master suite with a king bed, a walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom. As well as a large extra room where a microwave, compact fridge, coffee machine, washer and dryer can be found.

The mattress in the room is a king Black® C-Class 13.75" and is sitting on top of an adjustable base that allows them to sleep in zero gravity or watch a movie comfortably. The large walk-in closet includes a desk and a chair. Upon request we can provide keyboard mouse and screen.

We provide a Netflix account in the bedroom TV and we can provide an Xbox series X with 2 elite controllers upon request. We can also provide a crib and other multiple amenities for babies upon request.

Guests will have an assigned parking spot in the driveway in front of the garage from where they would access to the place with a keypad password that we would provide.

This cozy place will give you a comfortable stay like home away from home. The house is centrally located making it easy to explore Atlanta and the surrounding areas. Our cleaning fee REALLY includes cleaning of the house so there are ZERO nonsense chores requested before checkout.
Guest access
Guests will have private access to their master bedroom and bathroom. They will also have private access to the large extra room that includes washer, dryer, fridge, microwave and coffee machine

Kitchen can be shared ONLY upon request and agreement. If so, times/schedule might be assigned to ensure everyone is comfortable. Always making sure things work out for both parties.
