Sea Gem is a relaxing cape cod style beach home located about midway inside the St. George Island gated secure community. If you want a quiet, serene, beautiful piece of paradise— then Sea Gem will be perfect for you and your fur babies!

There are two master suites, one on the first floor and the other upstairs both featuring relacing master baths that invite you to let go of your worries and settle into beach life. Vaulted ceilings in the living room provide an open and airy feel. The home features hardwood floors downstairs and carpeted spaces upstairs (for quiet and fur babies comfort). Each bedroom and the main room have flat panel televisions with Dish Network, Fire TV. There are DVD players and a DVD library in case of an inclement day or if someone gets sunburned snd needs a bit of time “in”. Sea Gem has a collection of games and jigsaw puzzles for some family bonding. The kitchen is chock full of anything you could need including both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker. Plus, a local owner a gew blocks away is ready to help if you need anything! If you cannot completely "unplug" there is free wi-fi that can run all your family's devices with no buffering!

Rock away with your favorite book or beverage on the covered front porch, or have lunch on the sun deck below while watching the kids splash in the private heated pool (extra heat fee-available only in Spring and Fall). There is a charcoal grill, enclosed outdoor shower, and even a few beach toys! We have a kayak and a bike or two for the more adventurous travelers! Your linens are all included and there are even beach towels available for your use.

The grounds are neatly landscaped with beautiful native vegetation. There is ample parking (some covered). Beach access is just steps away, directly across the street from Sea Gem (see picture).

Premium linens, with double pillows on Kings and Queen beds, beach towels and cleaning service are also included at Sea Gem and will make your vacation experience a breeze! Enjoy access to the clubhouse and amenities including 2 resort size swimming pools, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bike trail, gated security entrance, workout room, and private beaches.
