☀Sundazed☀ ~ Spectacular Beachside Condo w/Fabulous Pool at Tradewinds in OBA⛱

This beautiful beachside condo is the perfect getaway for your family and friends! Featuring Gulf views, a beautiful HEATED indoor/outdoor pool and EASY private beach access. Tradewinds is centrally located in the heart of Orange Beach near trails, restaurants, shopping, and plenty of entertainment. Come and relax in this fully equipped 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom home away from home.

While this is a new listing, we are not new to hosting! We have welcomed over 1000 guests in previously owned properties for the past decade. We recently traded up for this beautiful condo and spent the Winter remodeling and preparing for your stay!

The space: Plenty of room to spread out in a beautifully updated condo with over 1000 square feet!

Living Room: Large flat-screen cable TV, ample seating/leather couches, and a sleep sofa.

Kitchen/Dining: Fully stocked for all of your cooking needs with new stainless steel appliances.

Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and closet space. Ensuite bathroom with custom tiled shower.

Guest Bedroom: Double-sized bunk beds, flat-screen TV, dresser, and closet space.

Second bathroom with tub/shower combo and access from both the hallway and the second bedroom.

Laundry room is located off of the dining room.

Large balcony off of the living room with a view and seating.

Tradewinds is in a prime location! Providing excellent beach access with a private boardwalk and a heated indoor/outdoor pool facing the Gulf. Centrally located in the heart of Orange Beach to all of the restaurants, entertainment shopping, and grocery stores!

Other things to note:
The condo is on the 5th level and can be easily accessed by either stairs or two elevators.

There is 1 parking pass included with your rental. If an additional pass is needed there is a $30 charge. No boats, trailers, RV's, etc. are allowed.

Due to members of our family suffering from severe allergies, we will not be able to accommodate any guests requiring assistance animals.

Monthly stays are only available from November through February and require approval before booking confirmation.

Everything was great. The condo was great. The owners were very nice and it was easy to communicate with them. The only thing was that the beds were not comfortable. We woke up a little sore everyday.

The property was great! The elevators were a big problem. Only 1 of 2 working all week. Checked out at 10 a.m. with a full luggage cart, waited 40 minutes before carrying everything down the stairs from the 5th floor. Otherwise, it was a great stay.
