Highly recommend this very comfortable, well-equipped house! Excellent location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The jetted tub was amazing. The owner was very responsive and accomodating.

Why they chose this property

This house was built in 1870 and was on the vacant housing list in the city. I bought it 25 years ago and stripped it back to its skeleton and rebuilt it properly. It's never been healthier. W 7th neighborhood is a vibrant, groovy area. I'm so glad we're here.
