This spacious condo can host 6 people comfortably! With a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable and spacious living room, and relaxing balcony there is no better place to be!

With sandy shores begging for sandcastle buildings just steps away, you'll easily spend all your time here in the great outdoors. Whether you're surfing on the beach or out and about exploring the rest of the Santa Rosa Sound, everyone will have a blast.

Guests will be able to access the shared pool during their stay, as well as an outdoor shower and a shared gas grill.
There's even a stacked washer and dryer available for your convenience.

We/ve stayed at Sunset Harbor many times over the last 30 years. This unit was one of the nicest! Obviously redone recently; granite counter tops; patio door that closes, great appliances. King bed SUPER comfortable.Would certainly rent again.

The condo was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the sound and only a short 5–10 minute walk to the beach. The host provided thoughtful extras like boogie boards, a beach chair, DVDs, books, and board games, which we appreciated. Check-out instructions were also very easy to follow.We did have a couple of issues: the smoke alarm went off a few times (once while using the oven and again after showering), the kitchen was minimally stocked with dishes, and there was often a noticeable cannabis odor during our stay. As we were getting ready for bed we noticed couple of the beds had sand in them. But once we changed the sheets it was fine. Overall, it was a nice, spacious place with many positives.
