Our freshly updated condo is located at the Victorian condominium complex right on Galveston's historic Seawall and directly across the boulevard from Babe's Beach. It has a fantastic unobstructed ocean view from not only the living room but from the master bedroom too. A corner unit with a private balcony and amazing, breathtaking sunrises. Watching the sunrise is a must! Sit back on the balcony with your morning coffee or evening wine and take it all in. Covered parking is located directly below the unit with laundry room and elevator less than 20 steps from our front door. The unit has been recently remodeled and painted in soothing colors throughout as well as new flooring all in 2025. All the comforts of home while on vacation. Sheets and towels are provided for the bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private full bath, tv and an unobstructed view of the ocean from laying in the bed! The 2nd bedroom has a new queen size mattress, closet and a tv.. The third bedroom is small with a full size bed and new sliding/locking barndoor. The living room includes a new comfortable queen sleeper sofa (linens in the closet) as well as a new television. We also added new curtains over the blinds on the east facing windows. All beds have new linens and new bed bug free mattress covers. The kitchen has a full size oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee pot, large refrigerator with ice maker, plus everything you'll need to enjoy meals in, make snacks, or warm up your leftovers from any of Galveston's amazing restaurants from cafe’s to upscale dining. The Victorian complex staff will greet you at the front office upon arrival to verify you are a guest and collect the Facilities Access Fee that they charge all guests on property. This fee is $35 per stay up to 14 days for 2 vehicles or $70 per month. This fee provides you with wristbands that identify you as registered guests on the property, codes to the entry gates both drive through and walk-through, codes to access pools, outdoor restrooms and fitness center. CRUISE PARKING AVAILABLE which is included in your $35 payment at check in for up to 14 days including your stay! Gated parking with 24 hour security **The pool goes from 0' to 8 feet deep, it's great for children of all ages. One pool is heated seasonally. The pool has nice lounge furniture for your convenience as well as an outdoor shower to rinse sand off when returning from time at the beach. Both hot tubs are directly below the condo. We are located in the middle of everything! Great walkability and on the Trolley line which picks up in front. The condo is within walking distance of: Walmart, Sonic, Rita's Frozen Custard, McDonald's, Popeye's, Kroger, Landry's, Waffle House, Golden Corral, Peking Buffet, Happy Buddha, Doc Holiday's steakhouse, Starbucks, Little Caesars, IHOP, Gypsy Joynt, etc all within walking distance. Within 6 miles there are many yummy restaurants and a variety of bars. The island also has putt putt, bowling, movies etc. Distance to Popular Galveston Island Attractions: Historic Pleasure Pier: 5 miles Historic Strand District: 6 miles Schlitterbahn Waterpark: 2 miles Moody Gardens: 2.5 miles ***Registered guests ONLY are permitted in the Suite. Any violation of this rule will result in loss of deposit and your party will be asked to leave the premises. We value honesty and the City code regulations. Thank you for your cooperation. Everything about this place was perfect. It slept 3 couples perfect. Very clean, great parking, beautiful ocean view. Most definitely will be rebooking to stay again. Did need some help with the lock but they returned my call almost immediately.
We were in Galveston for a National Dance Competition. Our stay was great. The Competition was at the convention center that was right down the street.

Relaxing weekend getaway !!
This place had it all, location, comfort and best of all excellent views from our private balcony, I would definitely come again, owner was very pleasant and responsive.

The property is just as advertised along the Gulf Expwy. There is plenty of covered and open parking and the checkin (Paul) was extremely friendly and helpful. The inside was clean and decorated nicely. It is a tight fit into the 3rd bedroom but the remainder of the place is spacious and beautiful. Definitely would stay again.
Perfect location and comfortable for my family of 3. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach view and balcony was awesome. Great location right across from the beach.
It’s was great location next to and walking distance to beach, Walmart and anything you really need.
It’s was easy to rent this property and owners are easy to get in touch with if needed. The property was clean, updated and exactly what we needed for our family. The best part was it was beach front ams had a great view.
The condo was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The complex was a little old, but had two well kept pools and hot tubs. The condo is right across from the beach and only two blocks away from a light to cross Seawall Blvd which allows access down to the beach.

We often stayed at the Victorian while raising our children and loved the location and cozy feeling of the unit. We have owned a 2nd home for us in Galveston since 2003 and have invested in rental propertIes also. We bought this unit with the thoughts we might possibly live there one day so we have updated it and keep it in top notch shape. Our family comes often and we focus on cleanliness and comfort.

Location: With your back to the ocean our condo is the first one on the right, just above the parking garage. The stairs and the elevator are very near our unit. Lockbox code 5960
Guidelines: Please be respectful of our home and treat it as if it were yours. Register your vehicle/vehicles in the front office at the circle drive. There will be a $35 fee plus tax that covers 2 vehicles. There will be another $35 charged if there is a 3rd car which this fee will cover the 4th car too. Also ask the desk for the wifi code and codes for the pool and fitness center. These codes change frequently. No pets No smoking in unit Please do your best to keep sand out of the condo. Do not let children jump on beds. Check in is 4pm. Check out is 11am. You will be charged for checking out late. If myself or my housekeeper is not there for check in, I will put a key in the lockbox to the right of the door. CODE 5960 Please put all soiled towels and rags in the bathtub upon leaving. Leave beds unmade with sheets on upon leaving. If sleeper sofa is used, please leave sofa bed unfolded. Keep all doors and windows closed at all times. Start dishwasher Take out all trash when leaving. LOCK DOOR when leaving and place key back into lockbox.
