BEACHFRONT UNIT-3 BEDROOMS & 2 FULL BATHS IN GREAT LOCATION-WITH CRUISE PARKING

Our condo has a fantastic unobstructed ocean view from not only the living room but from the master bedroom too. It is a corner unit, so there are windows on the sides allowing a great sunrise view too. It is decorated with a beachy theme and is bright and cheerful. Covered parking directly below with laundry room and elevator within steps of our condo . The unit has been remodeled with new granite counters, cabinets, appliances, sinks, toilets, furniture, linens and paint throughout. There are two full bathrooms with linens provided. The third bedroom has a full size bed and is small with no door, there is a curtain across doorway for privacy. Plenty of seating in the living room including a comfortable queen sleeper sofa (linens in the closet). The pool goes from 0' to 8 feet deep, so it is great for children of all ages. One pool is heated seasonally. This condo is in the middle of everything! Great walkability and on the Trolley line. The condo is within walking distance of:
Walmart, Sonic, Texas Pit Stop Bar B Q, Rita's Frozen Custard, McDonald's, Popeye's, Kroger, Landry's, Waffle House, Happy Buddha, Starbucks, Little Caesars, IHOP, Gypsy Joynt, etc.

Great for Galveston getaway
Clean place with an ocean view. Clear instructions from owner. You do have to check in at the front office but everything was explained well. Definitely would stay here again

Condo at the beach
Everything was nice and clean. Check in process was a little difficult as condos are all individually owned. Front desk can’t help you very much. However, everyone was very nice. Only disappointment was the 3rd bedroom didn’t have a door so it was hard to keep our kids asleep during night/nap time. I probably missed this detail in the description but that was the whole reason we splurged for this unit. Overall, very nice.

We often stayed at the Victorian while raising our children and loved the location and cozy feeling of the unit. We have owned a 2nd home for us in Galveston since 2003 and have invested in rental propertIes also. We bought this unit with the thoughts we might possibly live there one day so we have updated it and keep it in top notch shape. Our family comes often and we focus on cleanliness and comfort.

The location of this property is unbeatable. The view of the ocean is ultimate. There are a lot of retail and restaurants in walking distance.

Location:
With your back to the ocean our condo is the first one on the right, just above the parking garage. The stairs and the elevator are very near our unit. Lockbox code 5960

Guidelines:
Please be respectful of our home and treat it as if it were yours.
Register your vehicle/vehicles in the front office at the circle drive. There will be a $35 fee plus tax that covers 2 vehicles. There will be another $35 charged if there is a 3rd car which this fee will cover the 4th car too. Also ask the desk for the wifi code and codes for the pool and fitness center. These codes change frequently.
No pets
No smoking in unit
Please do your best to keep sand out of the condo.
Do not let children jump on beds.
Check in is 4pm. Check out is 11am. You will be charged for checking out late.
If myself or my housekeeper is not there for check in, I will put a key in the lockbox to the right of the door. CODE 5960
Please put all soiled towels and rags in the bathtub upon leaving.
Leave beds unmade with sheets on upon leaving. If sleeper sofa is used, please leave sofa bed unfolded.
Keep all doors and windows closed at all times.
Start dishwasher
Take out all trash when leaving.
LOCK DOOR when leaving and place key back into lockbox.
