I bleed orange and blue having been born and raised in Gainesville. We recently moved back to raise our boys, 3 and 1 years old, in my hometown. I love the small town feel Gainesville provides but with so much to do. You can find us at a Gator football game, a park or pretty much anywhere outside.

Haile Plantation is our favorite place to be with so many running/walking trails, restaurants/shops and playgrounds.
What makes this property unique
This is a private, detached studio apartment over a garage in Haile Village. The entrance is located in the alley with free parking spaces. Private entrance with mud room and then living space upstairs.
Haile Plantation offers local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, nature trails, 4 playgrounds, and more just steps from the front door. Join us for a Saturday stay and experience our local farmers market in the streets just 0.2 mi away.
Enjoy being tucked away from UF campus congestion while still only 5 miles from I-75, UF, Shands, and Celebration Pointe.
