Main house with 5 bedrooms, 1 suite, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry area, living / dining room, balcony. All the qtos. with air cond., ceiling fan and TV. Cable TV in suite, living room and qtos. 2 and 3. Annex with 2 qtos. 1 suite, living room with TV and 1 bathroom. All with air cond. and ceiling fan. We have 01 baby cot (detachable), 01 baby p bath and 01 baby car seat, 01 baby p play and 01 trampoline p children. Recreation area with private beach, pier, bar, barbecue and toilet. Large uncovered parking area (approx. 10 cars) 1 covered parking space. The daily rates include 01 cook / maid and 01 general service.

Lugar incrível! praia particular deliciosa,com mar cristalino,deck bem cuidado com chuveiro de água doce.Area da churrasqueira com toda infraestrutura, e muita sombra, máquina de gelo funcionando perfeitamente,enfim… Lugar perfeito para aproveitar mesmo se o tempo não estiver com sol. Casa antiga, precisando de reparos. Banheiros funcionam perfeitamente mas estão precisando de cuidados. Camas confortáveis,travesseiros bons. Ares condicionados antigos,mas funcionando. Ah,Supermercados não são tao próximos. Só pra registrar, pois a maior parte do tempo passamos na área a beira mar. Equipe educada e atenciosa. Nossos dias foram Como prevemos quando alugamos o imóvel. O lugar perfeito para relaxar com as crianças e passar dias Leves a beira mar. Obrigada.

Perfeito, mas nem tanto!

A casa é excelente, contudo passou da hora de uma boa reforma. Paredes internas clamam por reparos em suas rachaduras e alguns mofos. Banheiros, reforma mais urgente, inclusive nos pisos pintados com tinta a óleo. Muitos fios de energia expostos ( fruto da tradicional gambiarra). Falta iluminação na pequenina e charmosa praia. No mais, todos gostaram da estadia, equipe top: Maria, Fátima, Marcos e Gabriel. Todos excepcionais e receptivas pessoas. O charme, e o diferencial da casa, fica por conta do quiosque conjugado com o maravilhoso Pier. Bares e restaurantes muito distantes.

Amazing and unforgettable!!

We had an amazing week stay! The house accommodated comfortably 20 adults and 4 children. The gourmet area located by the beach is the high point as we all got together during the day and until late at night. The house staff I don’t have enough words to describe them. Maria, Tânia, Marcos, Gabriel and Fatima Thank you so much for all that was done to accommodate all our needs❤️!!! The only improvement that I can suggest is a dryer, due to the large amount of towels, linen and beach clothes with large groups staying. Renata, thank you for sharing your peace of paradise with us!! We can’t wait to come back and we’ll recommend it to family and friends as well 🌷!! Thank you for answering all our questions prior to arrival and for the boat trip recommendation, it was amazing also.

Wonderful peace

This house has a family feeling and atmosphere. The views are heavenly, and you have your own beach. That is more than one needs to spend a wonderful family time (and if you have more time than we did, you can have a nice barbeque by the sea). Be careful with Google Maps, though, on our way in it sent us trough a very dangerous side road. Be sure to take the road that goes trough town. Thank you, Renata, for a wonderful stay!

Lugar maravilhoso !!!!!

A casa tem toda a infraestrutura para receber muito bem os hóspedes. Até gerador de energia tem! Equipe de apoio prestativa - Maria, Tânia e Gabriel nos receberam super bem! Roupas de cama, toalhas de banho e de praia e travesseiros muito bons ! Os 3 caiaques foram a sensação da garotada ! Levamos rede e jogamos vôlei na areia... A praia particular e área do deck são o ponto alto da casa, que apesar de precisar de alguma manutenção não compromete a estadia. Tivemos sol durante todo o período então passamos dias maravilhosos !!! Com água do mar cristalina, calma e temperatura ótima! O problema é ir embora ... já queremos voltar !

Casa maravilhosa, o caseiro marquinhos super simpático e solicito, a cozinheira sempre procurando nos agradar. Voltarei com toda certeza. Estivemos hospedados com um grupo grande entre amigos e familiares e a casa nos atendeu em todos os requisitos. Tivemos a grata surpresa de sermos recepcionados com bolo e café de cortesia. Ambiente limpo, camas e travesseiros de excelente qualidade. As refeições são servidas na casa ou do deck a cozinheira maria nos deixou super a vontade de escolha. Durante a estadia na praia apareceu duas graciosas tartarugas além de vários peixinhos. O pier consegue atracar qualquer tipo de embarcação, saímos de escuna da própria casa. Um verdadeiro paraíso. Renata anfitriã, sempre nos respondeu rapidamente nas nossas dúvidas inclusive nos ajudando na localização por mar. Tudo perfeito. A casa é tudo como esta em fotos e diria que até um pouco mais. Final de semana excepcional ....mágico.

Casa muito funcional, bem cuidada com jardim gostoso e praia deliciosa. O espaço gourmet fica em harmônia com DECK e PIER, faltou apenas um rede e sofá para tirar aquele soninho da tarde. Una casa en el paraiso

Para comenzar el contacto con Fabiana es facil y continuo. Nos brindo toda la informacion necesaria antes del viaje. La casa es como se ve en las fotos. El sector del quicho (churrasqueria) no puede ser mejor. Espacioso, bien decorado, baño, mesa grande, barra de tragos, gran espacio a la sombra de un gran arbol, muelle con toldo y la playa, pequeña pero preciosa. El agua transparente. Hicimos snorkel en la misma casa y vimos peces, tortugas y estrellas de mar. La casa es un poco antigua pero bien mantenida. El anexo es nuevo e ideal para que se alojen los jovenes o una familia entera. El personal es muy servicial. Alquilamos la lancha de la casa que fue perfecta para ir a varias playas de islas cercanas. El marinero (Edison) siempre dispuesto y termino siendo un amigo mas del grupo. Tambien habia kayaks, stand up paddle, etc. Recomiendo esta casa para varias familias ya que cuenta con 5 habitaciones con camas matrimoniales y 3 habitaciones con 2,3 y 4 camas individuales para los niños o jóvenes
