The moment you arrive, your mind will immediately become at ease in the unit's beautiful interior. Tasteful decor, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of natural light abound throughout 1,100 square feet of tastefully appointed living space, making the villa feel very clean and airy. Free parking is included for one car.

As you gather with your companions in the spacious living room, open the French doors to let the refreshing ocean breeze in - you'll love the way this property's indoor living spaces seamlessly blend with the outdoors. After a memorable day in the sand and surf, come home to prepare tapas and cocktails in the modern kitchen, fully equipped with granite countertops and all the necessary cooking appliances. Later, step outside to the private balcony, where you can admire picturesque views of the golf course. You may even spot a few iguanas and other wildlife while taking in the scenery! When you're ready to call it a night, retreat to one of the bedrooms, or charming loft, to rest up for the next eventful day. All the other amenities you want in your ultimate home-away-from-home are here, including WiFi, cable TV, air conditioning, in-unit laundry machines, and 2 travertine marble bathrooms.

This villa is a short walk from the recreation area, featuring a newly renovated swimming pool and gazebo, as well as a barbecue area. Please note that the hotel’s pool is for their guests only and is not part of this rental.

You certainly won't have to venture far from the villa to access the incredible wonders of Puerto Rico. From here, you'll be just 10 minutes from the El Yunque, a National Rainforest boasting spectacular waterfalls, gorgeous vegetation, and scenic hiking trails that allow you to access enchanting sites. For more outdoor adventure, visit Bioluminescent Bay, Vieques Island, or La Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve in Fajardo. Don't miss snorkeling at Flamenco Beach on Culebra Island! Luquillo can be reached in a short drive and offers more glorious beaches and great restaurants. Amazing weekend!

We have previously stayed in other properties in Rio Mar and this one has been the best. It has everything you need to spend an amazing weekend. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

3rd time staying in Rio Mar

The property is amazing. From the security guards friendliness to the peaceful grounds. Drive down the hill to Rico Pan for breakfast & don Pepe for dinner. The pool, the view and easy drive to other areas of interest.

Perfect for a family

Great location for exploring San Juan, El Yunque and northwest beaches. Lots of security and very safe. Beaches were well maintained.

Rio Mar Condo

The resort grounds are beautiful, and we loved the view from the back patio overlooking the golf course and ponds. Only a few steps needed to get into the unit from the reserved parking spot. Nicely decorated, and the kitchen is well equipped--but there is no oven! The bunk room and loft area could be fun for younger kids, but probably a little tight for older kids (or extra adults). Since it was just two of us, we didn't need this extra space. However, having a second bathroom in the unit is nice. Access to the beautiful beach (over 2 miles long) and pool is about a half mile walk, so we decided to drive to the parking lot and save our walking for the beach. We enjoyed eating at the Luquillo kiosks only a 10 minute drive away, but always came back to use the resort beach. The beach/pool access was only open until 6pm, while the second pool in the complex stays open later. We had a wonderful stay!

Fun in the Tropics

Originally supposed to go on the trip with my partner, change in plans at the last minute and, I had the whole villa to myself! The host is amazing and the property itself is everything you see and more. I slept so well at night and enjoyed the balcony day and night! I was only there a couple of days and wished I could have stayed longer. I did have a rental car but also walked down to the resort one day and it was an easy, nice walk in both directions. Would recommend this to anyone, single or otherwise and I hope to stay again in the future! Thank you, Olga!!
