Experience the beauty of Stowe with it's abundance of X-country and downhill skiing while staying at the Trapp Family Lodge Resort in this comfortable 2-bedroom cabin. After a day of downhill or X-country skiing, or visiting the Fitness Center (swimming pool, outdoor whirlpool, spa, sauna, yoga and fitness classes, climbing wall, game room), guests can unwind by attending one of the many programming opportunities offered by Trapp. Or, guests might choose to visit the Trapp Family Brewery or spend a relaxing evening spent in front of the fireplace in the large, cozy living room eating a home-cooked meal prepared in the well-stocked kitchen.
This cabin can accommodate 5-6 people. There are two bedrooms ( 1 Queen-sized bed - with a private full bath), a second bedroom with 2 Twin beds (with a bath across the hall) and a Queen-sized, pull out couch - perfect for a small group or family. Cleaning service and laundry are available. Enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding area while still having access to modern amenities like WiFi and fine dining. A great place to call home while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay!

About the host

Our favorite family tradition, for 25 years, has been to stay at our Trapp Family Lodge guesthouse, our 'Home Away From Home'. Each year we found, first as a couple without children, then during our children's formative years and now with our adult children and their partners, the value of spending time with each other as we skiied and swam, and took advantage of the many relaxing opportunities at Trapp Family Lodge.
Why they chose this property
We are changing our vacation weeks to accommodate our adult children's new schedules, so have decided this year to offer our guesthouse for sublet as we arrange to change our guesthouse weeks to continue our yearly family trip to the Trapp Family Lodge.
What makes this property unique
Our cabin offers a private location amongst the fauna and flora of Vermont's pristine pine and deciduous tree forest, surrounded by mountains. The delicious cuisine offered at the Trapp Family Lodge; the spa, game room and activities offered at the Trapp Family Fitness Center; the Trapp X-country ski trails; and the Trapp Brewery are all within walking distance from the guesthouse cabin. And, the fabulous Stowe Ski Mountain is only a 15 minute drive away.
