The apartment was poorly equipped: no kitchenware or pots, and only 3 spoons and 3 cups for 5 people — we had to buy everything ourselves. There were also no blankets or a vacuum cleaner. The dishwasher works at only 50%. Overall, the place really needs renovation.

I have stayed in a number of VRBOs but this is the first one that was not through the owner. I would NOT recommend this company or unit. One reason we stayed here was for the kitchen. There were quite literally no pans to cook with only two pots. When I brought this to the attention of the property manager they told me to talk to the front desk who told me to talk to the property manager and this is the game that was played the entire time. There was no resolution. The furniture is dated, chipped and bubbled in spots, the smell is musty and that of stale smoke at times. The beds just had sheets no covers/blankets. We did find some in the closet. The lamps were so old that several of them did not work. The bathrooms left a lot to be desired, the toiletries were cheap, the fixtures on the vanities were all chipping and would snag out clothes. The door to the balcony said we could not go on the balcony!!!! The only nice thing about this place is the view. The pool area was nice but dated and the towel exchange people are awful and rude to the guests.
