Soronto Retreat - Modern Luxury In Central Palm Springs
This stunning 2700sf, completely remodeled designer decorated home is located in a very central location near Tahquitz Canyon and Sunrise Way, yet quiet and secluded. Only minutes from all the restaurants and action in Downtown Palm Springs.
The house features an open floor plan with wonderful indoor-outdoor flow, exceptional light exposures, and all new ultra-modern furnishings. The home includes 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, fully stocked gourmet kitchen with Professional appliances and extended breakfast bar, quartz countertops, outdoor sitting area with firepit, pool lounge chairs, a pristine pool/SPA, outdoor kitchen (3 burner grill), and manicured grounds with citrus trees. The backyard, 3 bedrooms, and great room have wonderful unobstructed views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Both master suites, include king size beds, 3rd bedroom is full and the 4th bedroom are twin/trundle beds.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.
- Pool Heating fee $125 per day, $875 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)
- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. 21 nights May - October. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay.
You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills.
- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.
- Recommended to stock the refrigerator in stages as stocking too much at one time can cause food and drink to perish.
