Staying in Meyers was great, close enough to all the things we wanted to do, like Camp Richardson, Bliss State Park, etc. yet away from the busy-ness in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. The accommodations were very spacious. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Good location. Several restaurants, gas and grocery very close. About 20 minutes to Heavenly and 30 to Kirkwood. Older property but fully functionable. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen utensils could stand for an update. Mgt company was very responsive to an issue we had. For the money, would stay there again.

Thank you for your review. I’m glad the location, comfortable beds, and our quick response to your issue worked well for you. I apologize the property felt older and that the kitchen utensils could use updating — we’ll be refreshing the cookware soon. We appreciate you staying with us and would welcome you back to Grand Welcome South Lake Tahoe.

Everything was great! We enjoyed our stay. It was cozy and the location was perfect. We went to Sierra at Tahoe to snowboard for the long weekend. It took us less than 20 minutes to get to the resort even with some traffic. Our group cooks a lot and we found the knives too dull for chopping up meat and veggies. But besides the knives, the kitchen had the tools we needed to prepare our food. Super happy with our stay and look forward to coming back again!

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad the home felt cozy and the location worked well for your Sierra at Tahoe trip — great to hear the drive was under 20 minutes even with traffic. I appreciate the note about the knives; I’ve asked maintenance to replace/sharpen them so future guests have better tools. Happy the kitchen was otherwise well stocked. We’d love to host you again on a future visit.

Clean house and beautiful location

The house was clean and felt very comfortable: the beds, the kitchen, and the bathrooms, all were clean. The location was beautiful, easy to find, and easy walking distance to a nice trail along a creek. It was quiet and peaceful. The photos were accurate. They provided a lot of nice amenities and everything worked well. Lots of communication from the hosts to make sure I had all the information I needed. Checking in and out was a breeze. Would stay again.

The cabin is very charming, good layout, plenty of room for a small space. Spacious kitchen, great lighting throughout the cabin paired with black-out shades. Check in and check out was a breeze. Would definately stay there again.
