Enjoy the serene atmosphere of this home, complete with amenities like a washing machine, heating, WiFi, AC, and a fully equipped kitchen. Experience a fantastic stay at this townhome in Greenville. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. 2 blocks from Uptown Greenville's Dickinson Avenue Corridor offers that Eateries, Sports bars and Uptown Greenville shops.

All bedrooms have Outlet/USB chargers on the night stands. The living room end table has a Outlet/USB charger. (PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE)
We provide a Coffee Maker that uses k-cups. Please bring your own coffee cups. We provide a single-wash laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The exterior lights are Dusk to Dawn lights. The switches have tape on them so they won't get accidentally turned off. Please do not remove.

Guests have access to the entire unit. There are two parking spaces on site located in the back of the premises.
If you need extra space, you can park on the street. There is space on the side at the dead-end space. But that should only be for guests visiting for a short stay.

Great Location & Functional VRBO

Pros: house is super conveniently located in town. Neighborhood is quiet. Has an outside kitty that is sweet. Was able to cook meals and save money. Beds were comfy. Plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer work well. Cons: AC struggled in the southern heat, stove tops were a little small (but functional), dryer vent was not clean, some food wrappers and popcorn kernels throughout the house. Small inconveniences, really. Shower did make a strange noise, but worked. Stairs are a little narrow. Overall, can’t complain due to the price. Would probably stay here again.

Approximately 1.5 miles from Uptown Greenville. 2 blocks from the Dickinson Avenue eateries, Sports bars and if you like walking, you can walk to the Uptown Greenville amenities. Rear of unit offers a beautiful view of the 10th Street Connector that connects you to ECU Health and ECU Student Center. Smart TV's in bedrooms and Living Room. Enjoy your fully equipped, private space.

Unique Living room layout. Laminate and ceramic tile floors in common areas and in the bedrooms. Front porch with a wicker chair.
