Excellent stay and outstanding value. The apartment is exactly as pictured on Vrbo—clean, bright, modern, well-stocked, and even includes a washer/dryer.Communication was top-notch throughout. Juan was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I especially appreciated that they arranged transportation to and from the airport, which made my first trip to Mexico City completely stress-free from arrival to departure.The building and neighborhood felt very safe, and the doormen were consistently kind, polite, and attentive. There’s also great coffee and pastries just a block away, which was a nice bonus.Check-out couldn’t have been easier—just message Juan and leave. No need to take out trash, separate recycling, strip the bed, or wash towels, as the cleaning team handles everything.One small note: as another reviewer mentioned, the bed is a queen size.If you’re on the fence, book it. The apartment is beautiful, the service is excellent, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and ease of access to all of Roma Norte! The place was nice, clean and welcoming!The only surprise was that it was indicated that it had a king size bed but it was a very comfortable queen size. Checking in and out was very easy and the staff at the door were very helpful.
