Great place to stay! Would come back. Centrally located, easy to find, great communication with the host. It was perfect for our overnight stay!

Nice, Clean, and Quiet

Nice and quiet neighborhood with no noise. Close to shopping and food. The house was very clean and had access to the back yard for my dog to run and play. A good place to just relax and enjoy the peace.

Clean, quiet, pet friendly? No Way

I don’t know who sent the good reviews about this place but I do not agree:Clean? Overwhelming deodorizing products were used. I mean eyes watering, nasal passages burning throughout the unit. It smelled like a urinal cake in there. Counters not cleaned, hairs in the bathroom sink and badly stained carpet.Quiet? Traffic getting on I-75 is very close day and night. The house itself is very creeky and you can hear the other occupants walking around.Pet Friendly? First I sent a message to Danny, who he property manager that I was bringing my dog with he me. He sent me a quote which did not include a pet charge. Then he tried to charge me an 80 fee after I booked this stay. Also the property listing did not list a pet charge.It gets worse. I had difficulty getting the door opened and a man walked up. I asked, “Are you Danny” and he replied “Danny in here” and he lead me through the garage. When I went to knock on the door the man screamed. My leashed dog discovered an uncovered bait station heaped with what I assume to believe was rat/mouse poison. I never met Danny, the man showed me how to open door. Later my dog vomited.My only communication with the property manager were messages filled with instructions for my stay and charges for not following them. I was told not to park on the driveway but to park on the pad in front of the house. There were 3 racing cars parked on it and there was no space for my car. The second day one of the cars was moved.
