2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Island Retreat condominium. Centrally located gated community, Island Retreat is convenient to many shops and restaurants on St Simons Island and a bike ride away from the beach.

Interior features include new furnishings, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry, stylish black appliances and granite countertops, newly tiled kitchen, bathrooms, living room with a pull out sofa (queen size), and sun-room, abundant closet space, crown molding throughout, and washer and dryer included.

This condo is different from all the other Island Retreat Condos because it has a much larger master bathroom. The master bathroom has dual sinks, a ceiling fan (great for staying cool while getting ready) and a vanity. The master bedroom has 1 huge walk in closet.

Location is close to redfern village and is an easy drive to Mallery Street and the pier. Condo was clean, quiet, and the landscaping was attractive. Plenty of parking.

Second Trip

We stayed on the island for our anniversary and came back after Christmas because St. Simon's is unique. We love the salt marshes. The condo was larger than we expected, so the pictures don't do it justice, but in every respect it exceeded our expectations. We don't live in a gated community at home, so the gates and codes were a little obnoxious, but beyond that, everything was great.

Our second time staying here during the last 6 months. A great value! All the amenities we want and need at a low daily rate. We will definitely stay here again. Jacob is a great, accessible host and responds quickly to requests.
